These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jitaca platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and jitaca ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Where duplicate Accounts are detected, jitaca reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Wallet balances and pending withdrawals without prior notice.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and country of residence. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or any information belonging to another person. jitaca is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jitaca will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify jitaca immediately at [email protected]. jitaca accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials.
jitaca reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including at the time of registration, before approving a withdrawal, or following any activity that raises account security concerns. Acceptable documents may include a government-issued National ID Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
jitaca accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jitaca does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Member if applicable.
Deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jitaca does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. jitaca will not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own name.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes from the time of approval, depending on the chosen payment provider. jitaca reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be queued during periods of high volume and may take up to 24 hours during public holidays including Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March).
jitaca reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 within any 7-day rolling period. Members must not attempt to withdraw Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement. Any attempted withdrawal of non-withdrawable funds will be refused and the associated Bonus may be voided.
jitaca may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Members. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including Wagering Requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on Bonus-derived winnings.
All bets and wagers placed on the jitaca Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each Game type. By placing a bet, the Member accepts those rules in full. In the event of any conflict between a Game-specific rule and these general Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
Sports betting markets on jitaca cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral Bangladesh Tigers series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All sports betting odds are expressed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment the bet is accepted. jitaca reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the underlying event has been affected by corruption, abandonment, or force majeure.
Casino games supplied by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) are governed by the rules set by those providers. jitaca acts as the interface between the Member and the game provider. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jitaca will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a verifiable game malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Wallet.
jitaca is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection, power failure, or device malfunction on the Member's side during an active Game session. Where a live dealer game session is interrupted on jitaca's side, the Platform will apply its standard disconnection resolution rules, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the stake.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display, or sale of any Platform content for commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use of jitaca's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitaca's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jitaca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if jitaca has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jitaca makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jitaca disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
jitaca reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any Wallet balance may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at jitaca's discretion for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any verified Real Money balance (excluding Bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of KYC review.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes the Member's acceptance of those revised Terms. If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. jitaca accepts no liability for a Member's failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Member and jitaca, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
Members who wish to raise a formal complaint should submit a written description of their complaint to [email protected]. jitaca will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days of receipt. jitaca's decision on any complaint relating to a Game outcome, payout, or account action shall be final and binding.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. jitaca is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will not unreasonably refuse to engage with a legitimate Member complaint.
